OUTLINE

Yamamura Photonics provides sintered LTCC and solid alumina substrates. Also, we can offer multilayer substrates with simple printed circuits. We manufacture various sizes and shapes, and we also support custom designs according to customer requirements. In recent years, our substrates have been used for multiple devices such as infrastructures like antennas, various semiconductor packages, in-vehicle devices, medical equipment, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

FEATURES

Substrates as sintered

We provide LTCC and alumina substrates as sintered.
Features of LTCC substrates:
・Smooth surface
・Excellent flatness
・Low thermal conductivity and low dielectric constant compared to alumina.
Features of alumina substrates:
・High strength
・High durability
・Good thermal conductivity

Prototype of LTCC multilayer substrates

In addition to supplying standard LTCC green sheets, we can also provide a prototype of multilayer substrates for performance verification at the development stage. They are available even in a small amount of several pieces.

Material development / Customized design

We can propose customized designs for size, thickness, and glass materials based on the experience of manufacturing green sheets for LTCC substrates. Especially for glass materials, we can cooperate with the parent company Nihon Yamamura Glass to develop the composition of glass that meets the required characteristics.
