OUTLINE

Yamamura Photonics can make various types of ceramics and glass powders into sheets by utilizing the film formation technology of green sheets for LTCC substrates. We can handle various materials such as alumina, zirconia, aluminum nitride, silicon nitride, and glass. We will design the sheet according to your request, so please feel free to contact us if you want to make any powder into sheets.

FEATURES

Sheets of various ceramic powders

We support forming sheets from ceramic powders such as alumina, zirconia, aluminum nitride, and silicon nitride.
Ceramics: Alumina, aluminum nitride (AlN), silicon nitride (SiN), boron nitride (BN), zirconia, cordierite, barium titanate, etc.

Sheets of glass powders

We can form glass powders into sheets, not only ceramics powders. The glass sheets can be laminated on ceramic substrates and sintered to form thick glass layers. In addition, glass sheets can be used as bonding materials, and we can also propose glass sheets for high-temperature bonding, for example.

Processing on consignment

Yamamura Photonics accepts processing on consignment of sheets using supplied powder. We will design the sheets using the materials provided by customers to meet the required characteristics.
